63 thousand m2 closed, 47 thousand m2 open, in a total area of 110 thousand m2, we continue our pipe-profile, steel wire, bonnel spring and bag spring production with more than 500 personnel.
With our pipe profile, steel wire, bonnel spring, S spring, SL (SmartLink) spring, bag spring, off-set spring, special products and spring carcass products, we serve a wide range of sectors from furniture, automotive, white goods, construction and textile.
We export to a total of 54 countries in Europe and the USA, Turkic Republics, Middle East and North Africa.
As Boy\u00e7elik, knowing that fulfilling our responsibilities towards the environment also means fulfilling our responsibilities towards our employees, society and humanity, we act with environmental awareness during all our services and activities and operate our facilities at standards that will not cause environmental pollution. We minimise the consumption of natural resources during all manufacturing processes, including construction infrastructure, heating, cooling, electricity and water installations. We pay attention to the fact that the materials used in the process from the manufacturing stage to the delivery of the product are from raw materials and materials that harm the environment at the lowest level. Mechanical Test:
Tensile tests are applied to samples prepared from raw materials or products and the mechanical properties are checked for compliance with standards and customer requirements.<\/p>

Hardness Test:
The surface hardness of the raw material or product is measured.<\/p>

Flattening Test:
