Bonnel Carcasses are the most common spring type used in the production of mattresses, sofas and seating groups worldwide. Boyçelik offers a wide range of options to its customers with its machinery and technical support. 85 mm - 180 mm height range, bonnel carcasses are subjected to heat treatment during the production phase and made durable for long-term use. Wire thicknesses from 1,90 mm to 2,50 mm can be produced and the number of spring spins can be adjusted as 4-5-6 according to the heights.
