Founded in 2006 within Erciyes Anadolu Holding, our company continues its activities as the raw material supplier of Europe's largest mattress and furniture manufacturers.
63 thousand m2 closed, 47 thousand m2 open, in a total area of 110 thousand m2, we continue our pipe-profile, steel wire, bonnel spring and bag spring production with more than 500 personnel.
With our pipe profile, steel wire, bonnel spring, S spring, SL (SmartLink) spring, bag spring, off-set spring, special products and spring carcass products, we serve a wide range of sectors from furniture, automotive, white goods, construction and textile.
We export to a total of 54 countries in Europe and the USA, Turkic Republics, Middle East and North Africa.
As Boyçelik, knowing that fulfilling our responsibilities towards the environment also means fulfilling our responsibilities towards our employees, society and humanity, we act with environmental awareness during all our services and activities and operate our facilities at standards that will not cause environmental pollution. We minimise the consumption of natural resources during all manufacturing processes, including construction infrastructure, heating, cooling, electricity and water installations. We pay attention to the fact that the materials used in the process from the manufacturing stage to the delivery of the product are from raw materials and materials that harm the environment at the lowest level. We keep the damage to nature at the lowest level by including wastes other than domestic waste in the recycling circle.

Boyçelik, which continues its activities as an organisation that respects the environment, fulfils its responsibility towards nature and life by raising awareness of its employees with the trainings it provides. With its ISO 9000, 14001, OHSAS 18001, 50001, 27001, CE and TSE certificates, Boyçelik always offers its customers services and products in accordance with quality standards. With these certificates, Boyçelik has documented its sensitivity not only to quality but also to occupational health and safety.
At Boyçelik, which carries out a production with a minimised error rate, quality controls are carried out in accordance with standards and customer demands. The understanding of quality at Boyçelik extends from the supply of raw materials to the delivery of the product to the customer. For this reason, all controls in production from raw material input to non-destructive testing methods and finishing processes during production are supported by physical and chemical tests.
QUALITY CONTROL TESTS
MECHANICAL TESTS APPLIED TO PIPES AND PROFILES
Mechanical Test:
Tensile tests are applied to samples prepared from raw materials or products and the mechanical properties are checked for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
Hardness Test:
The surface hardness of the raw material or product is measured.
Flattening Test:
Samples taken at the time of production are subjected to flattening process with special methods and checked whether there is an opening in the welding area.
Expansion Test:
Samples taken at the time of production are expanded with special methods and checked for opening in the weld area
Bending Test:
Samples taken at the time of production are bent 90° and the welding performance of the product in the forming processes is observed.
Chemical Test:
As during the input control of the raw material, chemical tests are applied to the samples taken at the time of production and the results are checked for compliance with the relevant standard.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTS (NDT) APPLIED TO PIPES AND PROFILES
Eddy Current Test:
EC testli ürünlerde, sahip olduğumuz TS EN 10305 – 3&5 standardına uygun olarak, kaynak boyunca olabilmesi muhtemel çatlakları/kırıkları ve hatalı kısımları tespit etmek ve otomatik olarak ayrılmasını sağlamak amacıyla, üretim hattı üzerine entegre edilmiş (online) elektromanyetik prensipte çalışan test cihazımızla, %100 test etmekteyiz.
Surface Roughness Test:
In our production of pipes and profiles suitable for coating, surface roughness tests are applied to pipes and profiles according to customer specifications and production norms, if requested.
Wire-Spring Quality Control Tests
RAW MATERIAL CHEMICAL TESTS
At the raw material procurement stage, the mill test reports sent by the manufacturers are examined before the relevant process starts and the wire rods to be purchased are carefully selected.
The supplied wire rods are subjected to chemical tests with the help of spectrometer in the laboratory environment and the conformity of the mill test report is checked.
RAW MATERIAL MECHANICAL TESTS
Wire rods supplied for wire and spring production are subjected to tensile strength tests at the input control stage and the conformity of the mill test report is checked.
